Quick presentation

SIMPPL is a simple programming language created to support an introduction to computer science course based on programming. A compiler, an interpreter and a developping environment have been implemented and are available for free as beta version.

The langage is strongly typed and allows to manage integer, boolean, string and array values. It proposes usual flow control structure : if-elsif-else et while and offers the possibility to define procedures and functions. Here is the traditional Hello World program :

print "Hello World";
